A competitive cricketing experience which is perfect for any cricketer wanting to test themselves in a different environment. This tour ties cricketing experience in with breathtaking activities and excursions. Once in a life time trips to Table Mountain and Robben Island are what makes this tour so special. Whilst on the tour, you will compete against high level South African school’s and clubs.

The itinerary we recommend

Day 1

Arrive Cape Town Airport, where you will be met and transfer to Hotel Sky – Cape Town for 6 nights.

Day 2

Transfer to a local school/club for a morning training session (2hr).Afternoon walk down to the V&A Waterfront for the ferry trip to Robben Island, where you will enjoy a guided tour of the island and prison.

Day 3

Match Day 1 vs local school/club (TBC), return match transfer and after match function.

Day 4

Full Day Peninsula Tour – incl: transfer, guide, Table Mountain cable car trip, Seal Island cruise (45min), Chapman’s Peak Drive, entrance to Cape Point Nature Reserve, one-way funicular trip, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, and lunch at Bertha’s Restaurant (drinks for own account).

Day 5

Match Day 2 vs local school/club (TBC), return match transfers and after match function.

Day 6

Match Day 3 vs local school/club (TBC), return match transfer and after match function.

Day 7

Transfer to Aquila Private Game Reserve for 1 night. Afternoon game drive after lunch, enjoy a star gazing session after dinner.

Day 8

Early morning game drive before breakfast. Transfer to local school/club for Match Day 4 (TBC), after match function. After the match transfer to Hotel Sky for 1 night.

Day 9

Early morning game drive before breakfast. Transfer to local school/club for Match Day 4 (TBC), after match function. After the match transfer to Hotel Sky for 1 night.

Day 10

Transfer to Cape Town Airport for homeward flight.

SLT organised lots of extra activities for our students, so on top of 4 hours of lessons per day the students went Ice Skating, Sledging and an amazing evening trip up the mountain to a lovely café which was a real treat.

I like working with SLT Tours because I can come up with all types of criteria and they always manage to fulfil it. It never feels like a hassle and they never make us feel like we’re being awkward, they are just happy to accommodate.
