The world is a brilliant place with a lot of amazing places to explore, it’s hard to know where to start in terms of travelling sometimes. I thought I’d compile a list of some top attractions across the globe for you all to look at. These are in no particular order...
1. Blue Lagoon, Iceland
This is a pretty well-known attraction that I think everyone should get to experience at least once in their life. The blue lagoons and the northern lights complement each other perfectly and the hot springs and waterfalls are endless.
2. Sagrada Familia, Spain
A church like no other. The Sagrada Familia is a breath-taking church in Barcelona that has been under construction for over a century.
3. Great Barrier Reef, Australia
A reef known for its crystal blue water and wide variety of sea life, it’s essential that you go scuba diving or snorkelling to immerse yourself in the underwater world.
4. Gardens by the Bay, Singapore
Experience the beautiful botanical gardens that Singapore has to offer, you can visit the huge domed greenhouses and absorb the beauty of the Mediterranean and desert plants.
5. Statue of Zeus, Kefalonia
Visit the iconic Lightning Zeus, a giant marble statue of the god of the sky. Learn about Greek culture on the wonderful island of Kefalonia and explore the other activities the island has to offer.
The world has so much to offer that it’s hard to pick out just a couple of the top attractions. I personally have a big love for water and I think it triggers ultimate relaxation which is the reason a couple of these are water-related.
